We'll also discuss 4 questions we can ask that will help us renew our minds about following our boundaries, exercising, eating healthy foods, and other activities that will help us live the way we want to live:

  1. Do you like this activity?
  2. What are the benefits of doing this activity?
  3. What are the consequences of not doing this activity?
  4. Do you think God wants you to do this activity, and if so, why does He want you to do it?
